This Present Darkness by Frank Peretti

This book is unique in that the people in the story are unaware that they are being influenced, helped or hindered, by angels and demons. This book was hard to put down and made me late for work a few times. The story switches frequently from the humans interacting, struggling, succeeding, to the angels and demons engaged in stategic maneuvers, interaction with humans, and incredible battles.
