How to Cleanse Body of Fluoride and Chlorine, etc.?

I have recently made the switch to drinking and cooking with bottled spring water only, and have switched to non-fluoridated toothpaste as well, to avoid ingesting anymore fluoride and chlorine (among many other chemicals)...and I have purchased a shower filter to filter out the same chemicals from my shower water.

Does the fluoride and chlorine that have built up in my thyroid (I have hypothyroidism) and the rest of my endocrine and other body's systems, leave my body naturally over time? If so, how long does this process take? And is it possible for me to further induce and speed up this process of cleansing my body of these particular chemicals?
