I haven't made Lobelia tincture, but here's the formula. You use 2/3 of 80 proof vodka and 1/3 of organic raw apple cider vinegar as the base. If you use seeds, leaves and pods of the Lobelia plant,it should be at least 3/4 of the full weight of the jar. When it settles it will be 3/4 herbs, and 1/4 of the liquid.
