Have you ever seen people who decorate their cars with plastic toys, army men, plastic lizards, ceramic animals etc?

I have seen two cars in the last ten years completely covered with toys and figurines. I asked one girl if the police ever stopped her in case she was on the freeway and one of those things broke free and hit the other cars or something, she just said "no!"
