Cluster Headaches

What formula would be good for cluster headaches? My husband is having problems with severe headache pain coming on several times a day.

Cluster headaches are worse than migraines.

We believe the root of the problem is a sinus infection which has lingered for several months on and off. He has been doing Dr Schulze's blend of fresh peppers, ginger root, garlic, onions, horseradish and apple cider vinegar for about 24 hours.

Also, we did a sinus flush with saline solution.

The condition is slightly improving already.
