I'm a dancer too...Anyway, try the Lemonade clean/Master clean for a short term solution. It gets the extra fluid out of my whole body, not just the legs, and it has altered me to how much water I was holding. Diet matters. If like me, you may have food sensitive(s) right now, which cause to extra water. Exercise will not get rid of it! Also, buy the cayenne pepper from the health food store's herbal section. The other stuff can be very weak. If the drink doesn't make you spit a little and you don't feel warm inside, then the pepper is not right. Any discomfort ends shortly. Remember, it's for cleaning, not enjoying. Great results! I haven't tried Dr. S system yet, but looking forward to starting.
