Pitching a tent

A briliant sleuth detective eight and her sidekick eight are going camping.

he removed his belt
the two lie in the comfort of the pitched tent under the stars and go to sleep. Sometime in the middle of the night in the comfort of the pitched tent, zero wakes eight up. Eight now also removes her belt. After they enjoy the pitched tent some more Zero looks around and he says,
"Zero", look up at the stars, and tell me what you deduce."
Zero looks up and he replies, "I see millions of stars and even if a few of those have planets, it's quite likely there are some planets like Earth, and if there are a few planets like Earth out there, there might also be life."
Zero says "Zero, you idiot, somebody stole our tent!"

Zero replies "I suppose they took our belts also"
