Yes, I wholeheartedly agree, I think the Tickles the Tapeworm would be a particularly classy patch to sport in your lab coat. The dog poop might be a nice touch, but I would strongly advise against fake vomit. I've heard those things can bring on traumatic episodes in some people....you know, kind of like war flashbacks!
