Malignant Melanoma reaction to garlic poultice

I used the garlic poultice on a malignant melanoma that had been biopsied by my dermotologist and I want to make sure the reaction I got was correct. The diseased mole is 1/4" and I applied the poultice to a 3" area around the mole and left it there for 48 hours. The area blistered ( I suppose due to the garlic) and now I have applied heated castor oil packs and it is presently scabbing over. The mole appears to have lessened in color (definitely not as dark as before) and I have a white translucent covering over the mole itself. Do I continue the poultice? Let it heal and start over? Did I do it right? Of coarse this process was in addition to many other internal programs like juice fasting, etc.
