tinctures and more Dr. Schultz information

Hello, I'm new to this Dr. Schultz methods, but they are really interesting! I'm going to begin making echinacea tincture right away. My family uses quite a bit of it and it gets pretty expensive to buy all the time - expecially since the quality of it varies a lot from brand to brand.

question: when making tincture, does it have to begin exactly on the day of the "new moon", or does this mark the beginning of the "new moon" phase meaning it should be done during this phase, does anyone know? I'm beginning echinacea tincture today, one day after the "new moon", anyway, I'd just like to know for future tinctures I do.

question 2: does anyone know how I can obtain more information on Dr. Schultz or Dr. Christopher methods not listed on (or removed from) this site? Is there a newsletter to subscribe to or anything?
