I used them awhile back. and thought that they had some value and enhanced the quality, for example, of the food or water that I put the plate under. I have found the Tachyon silica disks, however, to be far more powerful for pain and healing. They are not frequency-based, but are pre-energy (pre-form) containing all frequencies, so the energy field of the individual (or food, water, etc. ) gets exactly the frequency that is required for healing or balance. I still have my purple plates somewhere, you're reminding me about them. I'll have to look for them. Tweet
