i've been using #1 and #2 for almost a year now and when i started #2 i used 100%cranberry/raspberry juice but i halved it with distilled water so it had some taste but not all the calories...(200 cals 5-6times a day adds up after a week)and it's a dark juice so it doesn't look so scary when people see you use it like at work, if you drink it through the day like you're supposed to...this is a great cleanse by the way! good luck kenzi LMT
