Parathyroid if high Calcium? Estradiol? Guiafenesin for mucus.
Whoa! Just take it slow. There is a book by two doctors with Fibromyalgia who use Guiafenesin and a no-salicylate diet. I can't remember the book's name... Guiafenesin is the herbal expectorant which can hydrate the mucosa. You can get an over-the-counter time release Guiafenesin tablet. Liquids only work for about twenty minutes, although this is often helpful. Don't use liquids with menthol, which is a salicylate which blocks the action of Guaifenesin. Look into it. Salicylates are virtually in every herbal, so herbals might not be for you anyway.
High calcium levels are associated with Parathyroid problems. This, in my opinion, can be a result of a mycoplasmic infection, and may respond to Doxycycline, which will then demand an anti-Candida therapy like Undecylenic Acid or Caprylic Acid, and new gut flora.
Check out Dr. Larrian Gillespie's website and books on hormones, especially Estradiol.
I've had a good response from B-12 shots, now unavailable for me in this area, with Fibromyalgia pain and stamina. Try a sub-lingual B-12. God bless us with healing!
