Accutane acne drug linked to frontal lobe mood swings

Accutane, as I just heard on the noon TV news, has been shown to reduce the frontal lobe activity by 20%. The chemicals are measurtable, and they are reduced when Accutane [cw] is taken.

This study was presented on Global TV Oct 25 2004. If anyone can find a link to more detailed info, I would appreciate it if you put it in this thread, please.

Accutane was approved by the FDA.
If this is enough safety for you, why do we worry about terrorist threats that may not be real?

I merely mean that the safety of most drugs has not been proven . This page is full of those examples where adequate study is just not done.
