Re: YOUR RIGHT TO MEDICAL PRIVACY...WRONG!

I was denied medical attention today because I didn't want to sign my Dr's prepared right to privacy policy, which they called their office policy.
I didn't even object to the specifics that you mentioned in your letter. I was objecting to a paragraph that said they could use my medical records for marketing and fund raising. But since it was part of their office policy I had to agree to that also.
So the question is: how do I get medical attention if I don't want to sign these open ended policy statements? Or do I? Tweet
