Am I to assume from your previous post you believe psyllium based bowel cleanses don't remove old fecal matter but instead produce a waste product that just looks like it? This interests me because I'm presently looking for an alternative to P&B shakes as they didn't work for me. They just ruined my digestion.
I've tries Colosan before but would be interested to know if you have a regime you recommend for taking it. How much and for how long etc.
