Is it the tear duct you're trying to relieve, and how close to the end of the duct is it? I would suggest making a paste from a small amount of Bentonite powder and a sterile saline solution, or use distilled water and a couple of drops of goldenseal tincture. Put that on the affected area, without getting it into your eye, and let it dry. Wash it off when dry, and repeat that three to five times throughout the day. I have had a couple of friends use that for a sty with good results, so it may work to draw out that duct also.
