Heart Pounding/Trouble Sleeping

Finished reading your book. It's fabulous - I am telling everyone to read it!

I have been having heart palpitations - my heart pounds really hard at night before I fall asleep and then wakes me up every morning about 3 or 4am pounding really hard. This has been going on for over a year now. It has gotten much better since I started cleansing, but is still happening.

Is there anything specifically I can do to get it cleared up while I am doing the deep cleansing?

Right now I am doing the P&B shakes (can't afford to do the colonics right not - have pretty clear colon anyway - I do an enema right after the gb flush and then just started doing epsom salts 2-3 days after), the ParaGone candida/parasite cleanse, and just finished my 6th lv/gb flush. I feel like there is a big stone still in there and have been doing castor oil packs about every other night which helps with the pain. Tried the Gold Coin Grass, but didn't experience much from that.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated:-)
