You gave me a great idea.
I am now taking Dr Schulzes formula #1 and I was just looking at my bottles of physllum and Bentonite clay last night thinking well that was a waste of money but thought I would just keep them incase I decided someday to try them again. Now I think I will try it in my bath. Do you know how much you would use for a regular size bath tub?
