website would not allow me to visit??

Hello folks! This is my first visit here. I have a bad case of rosacia and ran across a post on your first forum discussion by Spider. He listed a website that has tremendous success dealing with facial problems. When I tried to visit the site a message appeared that said something like my server was not cleared to view this site. Has anyone ever heard of that? Here is the site he mentioned:

"I found the Institute of Skin Diseases situatedin Kiyv, Ukraine. www.skininst.com"
