Isoproryl alcohol vs benzoyl peroxide

Isoproryl alcohol vs benzoyl peroxide - has anyone tried isopropyl alcohol for your skin ? I know Dr Clark says it's not good for long term use but I've been using it the past few days because I ran out of benzoyl peroxide and in works great !!!
Even better than the benzoyl peroxide !!!
It even got rid of some damn red spots I had that wouldn't go away !!! If you use it take vit E for to stop any bad effects (free radicals) of isopropyl alcohol .
