acne scar??

what is the best thing to put on your face for healing cuts and stuff? that wont make u break out..someone told me using a aloe vera plant jucie would work i used it and it helped but made me get a ppl under the cut.

Is there any creams worth getting that fade Acne scars our atleast make them less noticable?
