My solution


Hey all,

Just wanted to share my experience. A used to have severe acne- and I went through this whole cleansing regime, altered my eating habits- started follwoing my blood type food religiously- and ofcourse it all helped. My Acne is almost completely gone but I do get one or two every now and then.

But my most recent experiment with raw food has been so exhilirating that I thought I should mention it. I have been eating only raw fruits , veggies, sprouts, nuts and seeds for the last week and I feel wonderful. No Acne at all anymore. More energy, more enthusiasm. The best part is thatI don't have to watch how much I eat- just what I eat.

For example, earlier if I ate more than five almonds, I used to get a rash or pimples which would take ages to go. And when I went raw I was eating as many as a 20 or 30 almonds every other day and still NOTHING on my skin!! This is not to recommend that one should eat so much almond each day (need to read up adverse effects if any). All I am trying to exemplify is that the allergies are not because of raw food but because of what beciomes of our inside when we eat cooked food in addition. The tolerance level decreases significantly.

Anyway, this is what worked for me. if you have the will power /inclination enough to go raw- just give it a try and see if it works for you- I am pretty sure it will.
