sum1 pls answer my question

I just wanted to know, wot is the best way to cure acne??? I heard alot of ppl here mentioning vitamins B5, especially healthfreak, s/he just seem to go on and on about it. Is B5 really the key to getting rid of acne?? If so, where can you get it?? wots the dosage like?? and do u have to take anything else with it?? pls reply ASAP!! thanx in advance
