Thanks, Hopeful - I was wondering about Candida and it's connection to poor skin. I definitely have a sweet tooth and consume a lot of carbs but I don't have many of the other symptoms of Candida. Also, as I've been vegetarian and vegan on and off for several years, the thought of eating no carbs is a difficult prospect but I'll look into it.
Anyway, I'm definitely going to try B5. I will read through the posts here on this forum but I would be grateful for anyone's input about how to start taking B5 and what to expect. I'm anaemic and take iron supplements. I hope they won't interfere with each other?
