keratosis pilaris anybody?

Does anybody have any experience with keratosis pilaris? It is characterized by those little bumps on the back of people's upper arms. I am 23 and have had these arm bumps since childhood. There is no cure, only treatments consisting of creams/gels. I was just curious if anyone here had experienced any improvements through Liver Flushes or some sort of supplements. I would appreciate ANY info...
