Hello the only thing I can tell you is that you won't be needing any topical treatments for your Acne anymore because Vitamin B5 is the CURE for acne. If 9,000 mgs per day don't work for you then you could increase the dosage to 12,000 mgs per day or more. If only more people knew about this then they would not have to be wasting their money on other products that only treat their symptoms! Keep us updated on your progress. Health Freak
