You can cut down the dosage if your skin starts to look better but eat a lot of green vegetables also. If you still eat a lot of greasy foods like pizza then I would maintain a high dosage. I personally drink liquid Chlorophyll and Wheat grass juice every day also. Chloryphyll has been known to help rebuild skin and actually fades scars over time! I would buy B5 in at least 250- 500mg size capsules per jar. You get more product for the money this way. Let us know how it worked for you. I swear it was the best thing I ever did for my face!
