Anyone Tried DERMA CLEANSE? SOUNDS good..

It sounds quite good but I dunno. Has anyone else tried it?
I took it about a year ago, but i discontinued it because my Acne worstened, even though I was told that this was a good sign as all the bacteria was coming out and would be gone within a month if i continued lol. Oh well i guess I cant cope with anything which worstens my Acne initially, especially if its brought online.
