I didn't receive a username or password because I bought the actual book before he had an E-book available. (It was a couple of years ago). Sorry - I wish I could be of more help.

On the website it says his e-mail address is: jimian@yahoo.com but I've never had to e-mail him before, so maybe he's just really busy?? Maybe you could try mailing him a letter, it will take a little longer, but at least you know he'll get it.
