Elcanid. What is the deal?

I am a twenty year old male student, and through the grace of retinol have finally rid myself of the life sucking affliction known as acne. Little did I know that was only half the battle. I never had systic Acne so my scars arent deep, but they are there. So I was wondering if anyone had the skinny on that product called elcanid, or any other successful ideas about clearing minor Acne scars.
