PRUNEs - smooth skin and also rids acne

i just recieved a box of prune extract, by a friend.
Claims to help get smooth skin also rids acne. A friend had pretty bad Acne but now she has clear smooth skin from the Prune she got.
The brand i recieved was MIKI PRUNE extract but it is very hard to get but if lucky you might be able to get some, or , there are other other brand types so try them.
There also is Prune Juice at the super market or places like that.
And one thing to add is that if you take the prunes you might go to the toilet often as it is also used for constapation etc.

Well i just started on it and it looks like its working on the smoothness but little by little on the acne.
