You appear to havbe a clear case of low progesterone. Birth control may help at first but be aware that there are very seriouis long time health risks.
Based on statistics, by the age 34, 50%of women in the US produce NO progesterone. The first half of your cycle your body produces estrogen. At ovulation the egg is released from a sac called the corpus leutum. This sac produces progesterone. Unfortunately because we are bombarded with synthetic estrogen in meat, dairy, pesticides etc, our bodies respond by producing less progesterone. Men also suffer from estrogen dominance. This imbalance creates a multitue of health problems ranging from PMS to prostate cancer. In my work, I provide educational seminars on hormonal imbalance. I believe that I can help guide you to resources that can help you.
