how do to combat both acne and eczema ?

Hi i have both Acne and eczema on my face . Its really difficult to fight both problems because on the one hand i got to keep my face dry so that no pimples start to form but when i do that the eczema gets worse . Then when i use advantan(which is a steroid to combat the eczema)my face becomes oily and greasy and thats when alot of pimples start to pop up . Its really depressing cause i am afraid of going out and seeing people cause i constantly worry about how i look . Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated . thank u
