Not that i SHOULD respond to this, since you don't have the respect for people here to use language that will offend some people, but I will.
That site is nothing more than someone SELLING the basic information that not only can you find on this website, but by doing your own research.
The cure for Acne is eating right, drinking plenty of water, and cleansing your body of toxins. Juicing, vitamins, and herbs can and will help.
Unfortunately some people have Acne and have to work to get rid of it. Period. If you are one of those people, you just have to decide how important it is to you to cure yourself and then take the LIFE-LONG steps to be healthy. Other aspects (more important ones) will improve as well.
You'll find all the steps needed on this site and other free internet sites.......... not in some 11.95 book.
