Need Help With Curing Acne (Flushing)

I am 16 and I have little amounts of pimples and a red face. I am not sure how to cure my Acne and red face. I have tried everything except Accutane and Flushing. I have an appointment with a Dermatologist in a month Im hoping to get prescribed with accutane. I am curious about flushing I have heard it does wonders. I do not know how to flush I am hoping you the reader of this give me advice on how to flush both liver and Bowel.
