What to use or try, i tryed everything all creams, accutane. etc please help

Hey everyone i just found this page and i have not yet have enough time to rread all your secrets to curing acne. I have had Acne for 3 years now and i used everything, and i have seein a dermatoligist for 3 years. I used accutane and my skin was completely clear and then 6 months later i saw signs of pimples now i have Acne all over again+and really shiny skin. I wash my skin 2 times a day, use 2 creams daily and take Antibiotics ! And they have no results. You guys please help me and advise me to what i should do. Personally, sun exposure helps and cud it have to do with diet even though my doc says it doesnt? THanks guys
