has heaps of side effects though, and I don't think a derm is gonna prescribe it to you "off label" just so you can shrink your pores.
Your pores are enlarged because of excessive sebum production. Once you eliminate sebum production with accutane (estimated 80% sebum reduction), your pores shrink. plus side is that your face is virtually oil free. downside is that your skin becomes unbearably dry. But it's the only permanent solution. Tweet
