What is this on my face?

I've been suffering from a form of Acne for a long time now. I have many blackheads and no matter what I use product/medication wise, nothing makes it go away. When I break out really bad it all starts with one large red bump, never a white-head or little pimples. After a couple days it forms a head, and I know picking at zits makes them worse but the bump is so big and red that I almost have to squeeze it to make it go down a little. A lot of puss comes out but usually the bump doesn't go down much and it stays red and the zit fills back up with puss for a couple days after. It's horrible, I don't have normal zits. When I get a zit it's like a week long battle if not longer get it to go away. Then once that one clears another is forming. My face isn't covered with break outs, it's generally just one big zit at a time, but I swear the last time my skin was really clear was in the summer. I've been to dermo's in the past and nothing works. Does anyone else have this promblem? If so please tell me if you've found any form of treatment that actually works. Tweet
