Hello- I just recently had a facial, and the aesthetician said that I had a skin condition called millia. Essentially, they are cloged pores that the top layer of skin has grown over. They aren't too noticable, but the little bumps won't go away. I asked her what to do about it, and she said to take 20,000 IU's of vitamin A every day, plus a very expensive series of microdermabraisions and chemical peels.
I worry about taking so much of a vitamin that could damage the liver, and I can't afford a bunch or treatments that may or may not work. Does anybody have any suggestions? Please help!
