Anyone have acne JUST on their neck?

I know this is so wierd, and I know that Acne is a sign that something is going on internally...but WHAT?!!
I am getting Acne JUST on my neck. All over the front and back. My facial skin isn't perfect, but it is pretty clear.
This Acne on my neck is HORRID. They are large pustules or whatever you call them. I don't use perfume or any other cosmetics on my neck that i could be reacting to.
I eat healthy (no white flour, refined sugar, red meat, etc.)
I drink tons of water and am on a candida control diet.
Has anyone ever experienced this and what do I do about it!?!
