I use natural progesterone cream

I am 31 years old and have been using natural progesterone cream for about a year. It helped my hair stop falling out, helped my drastic mood swings and PMS, and helped my skin. I will not say my skin is perfect, but it is WAY better. (I still need to do a liver cleanse.)
I get mine from Vitacost.com because they are way cheaper than Whole Foods. The brand is Emerita.
Give it a try! I got my mom, stepmom, and mother-in-law on it and they all had good results.
