anyone had stretch marks like looking acne or wahtever that is??

Does anyone have / have had Acne that looked like stretch marks on teh face- you can see it if only you look closely enough- you can feel it but you can't figure if it is Acne or what- and everynow and then one of those things errupts into an Acne pimple??

please do share your experiences....wonderingif i am the odd one out??
