If it's virgin coconut oil, you should be
able to store it in your pantry at room
temp. Below 76 degrees, it will congeal.
Above that, it stays liquid.

I buy Tropical Tradtions virgin coconut oil.
I also use their expeller pressed oil. Both
are excellent products.

Try leaving it out for a day or so, and see
what happens.
