I do not think much of any of those treatments but there is one which is as old as greatgrandmothers and it is by taking saran wrap / cellophane which is a wrapping plastic fotr food and wrap your areas that you want to loose weight for one day at a time and no more as it makes you sweat a lot.
If you wish to try it out, do not attempt to do more than a day at a time ( during the day only ).
