I cannot do this..I need visuals!

Is there a video or a book or something? I need to see pictures. This is too confusing.

I'm reading this site on how to so skin brushing..and I don't get it.

What does "up and down" mean? I thought I was only supposed to brush up toward the heart.

What part of the arm or leg or hand am I supposed to brush? What side?

How hard am I supposed to push..because this hurts! I have red bumps and rashes all over me.

So many questions. Is there a video or a book or something? I need to see pictures. This is too confusing. Tweet
