what is the best skin brush? recomendations please.

I've read you can one at walmart here.. but what brand is it? I bought the yerba prima one at wholefoods for $10. I have used it because I want to know which is the best one out there. They also had another kind there which had a short handle on it then a loop at the top. The loop at bristles everywhere on it and in the middle of the loop was a whole. I considered buying that one. Please recommend some brands and prices. Thanks. Tweet
