a loofah is an excellent bady scrubber as long as you rinse it clean well after use.. and hang to dry ina sunny spot so no bacterial grows in it..
as far as dry skin brushing i woudl stick with the good natural
bristle brush you can buy in most regular dep stores in bath areas needs/ fo rabout 5-7 $

do a search above in right corner for dry skin brushing / it will talk about technique etc
it is really veyr simple to follow..
