Really?? About the castor oil? Geez there's so much we can all learn from each other!! I am definitely a new fan of oils being used to heal from within - sometimes I forget that the skin is an organ too, and that things applied topically can sink and and help cure and fix things. Thank you for telling me about that! Between coconut oil AND castor oil, I'm going to be very, very shiny from now on...hehe. Tweet
