Brushing, Infrared Sauna, and shower order? Lapis?

I am wanting to do my skin brushing before getting in my infrared sauna, but was unsure as to wether I should rinse off after skin brushing then take another shower after getting out of the sauna? Or would the last shower be sufficient? I think brushing before the sauan will help my skin eliminate more toxins, but I'm not sure how much debris would be on it if I did not shower it off before getting in the shower--which would not be helpful to me if this was this case. Any ideas anyone? Lapis?
On the coconut online yahoo group one woman puts coconut oil on her body before getting into the infrared shower, she says it helps her sweat more profusely. Just thought I would mention that tip. :) Tweet
